Jobilla is technology company specialiced in recruitment marketing and recruitment software. We started as a job portal in 2015, but soon realized that job portals couldn´t solve the core problems of our customers.
The visitors of our job portal were mainly active job seekers, so if there weren´t any potential candidates actively searching for new career opportunities in the job market, the job ads didn´t convert to applications. We also noticed that already employed talents were interested in learning about new career opportunities, even if they weren´t actively looking for new opportunities. We began to focus on recruitment marketing and activation tools for passive candidate activation. We closed our job portal in 2017.
